Privacy Notice
Last updated 2026-08-29
This notice explains how Coharyn handles personal data in relation to this website and our private-pilot programme.
What we collect
From the website: the information you submit in the private-pilot request form (name, work email, organisation, role, your problem statement, and any optional technical details), the page you submitted from, and campaign attribution (UTM) parameters if present. With your consent, we collect privacy-conscious, first-party analytics about page usage that contain no advertising identifiers.
How we use it
We use pilot-request details solely to evaluate and run a private pilot with you. We do not add pilot requesters to marketing unless you separately opt in. Analytics is used only to understand which content is useful.
Enterprise source data
When Coharyn connects to a customer system during a pilot, it does so read-only. By default it stores metadata, statistics, learned structures and bounded evidence samples — not bulk copies of records. Sampled evidence may contain personal data present in the source; PII-classified fields are flagged, and raw-sample retention is minimal by default and configurable. Learned knowledge stays isolated to your tenant.
AI/model processing
No customer data is sent to an external model provider by default. Where a provider is explicitly configured, only redacted metadata, aggregates and evidence summaries are transmitted.
Retention & your rights
Website enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and run a pilot, then deleted on request. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@coharyn.com.
