Boundaries, stated plainly
- Coharyn intellectual property remains Coharyn's. No IP is transferred.
- No exclusivity by territory or industry.
- No sub-licensing or resale of the platform itself.
- Detailed terms are set out in a written partner agreement.
Founding partners are the first cohort. We are not claiming an established partner network; we are building one, deliberately, with a small number of firms.
